- Within Australia:
- All orders to Australian destinations are shipped via Australia Post Express e-Parcel at a flat rate of $13.95
Orders are shipped on business days only; our goal is always to process your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days. You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped.
You will be required to sign for your parcel once it arrives, unless you have specified with us that you give “Authority to Leave” the parcel at your premises unattended. Alternatively, if the parcel is not signed for, a calling card will be left, for collection at your local Post Office.
International:
Lisa’s Lacies ship to some countries and we do not charge a handling fee. The average delivery time for international orders is approximately 10 days by “Air” freight. These delivery times are provided by Australia Post.Lisa’s Lacies do not accept responsibility for delays in postage once shipped by us.
IMPORTANT please note: Your parcel may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

- The payment process is protected by industry standard encryption so that we can guarantee that no one can intercept your credit card details. You are fully protected while buying on line at Lisa’s Lacies. The payment process is protected by industry standard 128 bit SSL (SecureSocket Layer) encryption between the customer’s browser and the Lisa’s Lacies, and again between the Lisa’s Lacies site and the payment gateway. This prevents transaction information from being intercepted as it travels between the respective servers/computers. Customer credit card details are not collected by Lisas’s Lacies and never stored on the web server in any format. This eliminates the risk of customers’ financial information being accessed by anyone.
All customer account passwords are stored using a one-way encryption algorithm(MD5). No passwords are ever stored as plain-text.
Lisa’s Lacies will never divulge your private information to a third party, in fact we are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.We only use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (if you are subscribed) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
We use cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a wish list and purchase items in your shopping cart. We also use these cookies to help enhance the Lisa’s Lacies experience. We don’t treat the data collected as personal information or use it in association with other personal information.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Lisa’s Lacies is passionate about offering quality products at an affordable price, in line with the recommended retail price. We are not a discount store, but we do ensure we offer regular discounts, specials and items do go on sale at regular intervals. If you are an International Customer, we do not charge you GST. International shipping rates are outlined in our Shipping section and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country.
- Returns & Replacements
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- We are happy to exchange, refund or credit any lingerie, less the cost of postage, if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. When purchasing garments online, we request that you try on your garments as soon as you receive them, remembering to wear your own underwear underneath knickers or swimwear to ensure that garments are able to be returned if unsuitable.
If you experience a problem with the fit, please make sure you contact us straight away to explain the problem (eg. cup size or band too big/small) and we will do our best to select the correct size for you with this information for an exchange.If this is the case, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. Items returned without an Authorisation Number may experience long delays in processing.
Garments must be returned with your proof of purchase to Lisa’s Lacies, 6 Klauer Street, Seaford Vic 3198 within 7 days of receiving them. The goods must be unworn, swing tags still attached and in the same condition they were received. Please include your Return Authorisation Number for ease of identification upon receipt. Due to Health Regulations, we are not able to exchange briefs, swimwear or hosiery.
What if a product I order is out of stock?
We update our website product availability regularly; however in some instances stock may not be on hand as expected. If this happens, we will notify you within two business days that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.What if a product is faulty?
We take great care in our product and packaging, but faults do sometimes occur. In the event that you experience a faulty product, please contact our customer service on 1300-662-160 or email us and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund. - Ordering

- You can log in to Your Account at any time to view your current or previous orders and access to your wishlist and delivery information. If you forget your password, you can request it to be sent to the registered email address or reset as you wish.

- Lisa’s Lacies has professional fitters in-store at Seaford who are exclusively trained to fit a curvy body. All our fitters are plus-size themselves, and thus truly understand the challenges and benefits of a well fitting undergarment.
