Contact Breast Forms Style Selection

* Medicare provides a rebate towards your post surgery prothesis of $400 every two years. Once you have purchased your prothesis you can take your claim form to Medicare for your rebate or can apply online. Lisa’s Lacies have claim forms available in store for your convenience.

**We always recommend that you make an appointment to come into Lisa’s Lacies to be correctly fitted for your new breast form, especially if it is your first form post surgery.
