Jess’ Week 2 Highlights
Now, let’s dive into an update on Jess and her Couch-to-Half-Marathon journey. Week 2 is officially in the books, and Jess has been absolutely loving her fitness routine. This week’s standout moment? Strength and conditioning at the local pool!
Jess has demonstrated how splitting up upper and lower body during her swims really kicked things up a notch. “You wouldn’t think swimming is a strength workout,” she said, “but boy, do I feel the burn!” Swimming has been an amazing addition to her training, giving her a low-impact way to build strength and endurance.
